A different approach to inner work

What if nothing
inside you needs
to be fixed?

Radical Acceptance is an approach to inner work based on a simple premise: lasting change does not come from fighting who we are. It begins when we become willing to experience, understand and accept all of ourselves.

Inner work, archetypal exploration, workshops, coaching and complementary energy work.

The problem

Most of us learned to divide ourselves into acceptable and unacceptable parts.

We welcome the kind, confident, loving and capable parts. We try to control the angry, frightened, needy, ashamed, selfish or withdrawn ones.

Radical Acceptance begins somewhere different. Rather than asking, “How do I get rid of this?”, we become curious about what the reaction is showing us.

“What can this reaction teach me?”

The shift

The goal is not to become a better version of yourself. It is to stop abandoning the parts of you that do not fit the version you think you should be.

Christopher & Ronna

Inner work without turning yourself into a project.

Our work grew from years of exploring the ways people struggle with the parts of themselves they believe should be different.

Radical Acceptance brings together practical inner work, archetypal exploration and complementary approaches with one central intention: seeing ourselves more clearly without making what we discover wrong.
