1. Agreement and scope
These terms govern your use of the Radical Acceptance website, accounts, card readings, AI features, and other online tools. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use these features. You must be legally able to enter this agreement; if you are not, use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Recreation and personal reflection only
The website, readings, interpretations, meditations, and other online materials are provided for recreation, entertainment, and personal reflection only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, heal, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. References to “healing,” “energy,” or similar concepts do not represent medical claims.
Do not use this website to address physical or mental health issues, replace professional care, or delay seeking help. Nothing here creates a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship. Consult an appropriately qualified professional about health concerns. This website is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if you need immediate assistance.
3. Readings, AI, and your decisions
Card selections and interpretations are subjective, and AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are not predictions, facts about you, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. No outcome is promised. Use your own judgment and do not rely on readings for decisions affecting health, safety, finances, or legal rights.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate registration information, keep your password private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not use the site unlawfully, harass others, submit material you have no right to share, introduce harmful software, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.
5. Content and intellectual property
Website content belongs to Radical Acceptance or its respective owners. You may use it for personal, non-commercial reflection. Do not republish, sell, or commercially exploit it without permission or a legal right to do so. You retain rights in material you submit and permit us and the service providers described in our Privacy Statement to process it as needed to provide the requested feature. Do not submit confidential health information or another person’s private information.
6. Availability, external services, and purchases
We may update, change, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or that the site will meet your expectations. External links and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Any separately booked event or service is subject to the price, cancellation, and other terms disclosed before booking; these website terms do not replace those terms.
7. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. To that same extent, Radical Acceptance is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes and questions
We will post updated terms with a new effective date and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes apply prospectively, and we will request renewed agreement where required by law.
